I'm currently playing this little gem at the moment. Completely forgot how good this was as I didn't get much of a go with it when it was big in the arcades. Classic game though, well worth the dosh!

What am I playing at the minute?

I'm having a good old bash at Mario 64. You'll probably notice a little tread regarding the Nintendo 64. It's merely because that's my console of choice at the moment and bought for me by my lovely girlfriend at Christmas. Good times.

Currently looking for..

The last retro console that we purchased was a Nintendo 64, fully boxed, with a few games. But there seems to be such a selection of games on the N64 that there's still a few classics that I've yet to purchase.. I'll be sure to hunt down Wave Race 64, one of the first N64 games I've played, and Diddy Kong racing. Good times were had. Videos to follow.

How many retro consoles do you own?

Me and the wife have only really started collecting, we've got other commitments at the moment.. But so far we have a PS1, PS2, N64 (boxed) and an X-box 360 (boxed). We're looking into our next console purchase and we haven't really settled on one yet.. She knows that I've got my eye on a Dreamcast though. :D

Re-released Mega Drive

Does anyone know where to get the re-released mega drive with the built in games? I really miss sonic and the rest of the "sega" crew!

Classic PS2 game - SSX Tricky.

I decided to pick up a few games from a well known highstreet retailer (3 PS2 games for £5) and only two of them worked. Patethic really. Anyway, one of those games was the great SSX tricky. The last in the series, in my opinion, before it took itself way too seriously. It pretty much has it all, great soundtrack, Rahzel as the commentator, ridiculous track layout and probably the greatest playability of any game I've played.

If you own a PS2 and don't have this game, buy it now!
